Spark plugs need to be changed taking into account the following factors:
service life specified by the car manufacturer in the service manual;
signs of malfunction and wear;
engine malfunctions.

As a rule, spark plugs need to be changed at intervals of 30 thousand km. For more expensive options (iridium and platinum), the service life is 90–120 thousand km. More frequent replacement may be required if the machine is constantly refueled with low-quality fuel.
