Purpose: selection and pressing of natural and seeded grass, dried grass, straw into rolls of hay, followed by wrapping the roll with twine. They have a chain-slat type pressing mechanism. In a beltless round baler with a permanent bale chamber, the twine supply is carried out using an electromechanical drive and is started from the control panel from the tractor cabin. When the set bale density is reached, a signal is sent to the control panel and the operator only needs to press a button to start the wrapping machine (an analogue of the automatic control system SAC or SIU, which is supplied as an additional option for similar balers from other manufacturers, and in this case is included in basic delivery kit). The wrapping of the roll starts from the left, goes to the right until the end, returns to the middle of the roll, where the twine is cut. This ensures high quality roll winding. Powder painting reliably protects the baler from corrosion and does not fade in the sun. The design of the PR-120M baler allows you to fluff up windrows of hay (to make tedding by passing the windrow through itself) in order to speed up drying. Thanks to the original design (a side-mounted hitch device), the PR-150M baler follows the axis of movement of the tractor, which provides convenient control of the work process, improving visibility of the picking unit, and also allows you to avoid running into a windrow of hay or straw. This advantage allows you to successfully work with high yields and grass stand heights of more than 1 meter (the tractor does not wrap hay on the cardan shaft, it does not rake hay in front of itself, since the tractor rides along the windrow with its right wheel). The remaining models have a central position of the tongue. Balers are reliably protected from overloads: there are two friction safety clutches that protect the unit from overloads when foreign objects get into the picking mechanism or into the bale chamber, preventing equipment breakdown.
